Marketing Analyst Job

Residual Based Finance Corporation d/b/a RESIDCO seeks Marketing Analyst. Job Duties: Develop and maintain transaction summaries for each transaction in the company’s Aviation portfolio, including conditions of the transactions, key dates, purchase options, and renewal options; Manage "Know Your Customer" requests both from the company to its customers and requests from counterparties to the company in coordination with the Legal Department; Monitor all aviation clients that pay maintenance reserves and ensure that all utilization reports are delivered monthly; Report monthly to the Accounting Department on the utilization amounts to be invoiced to each client; Maintain accurate maintenance reserve balances for each applicable asset; Manage transaction compliance, including proof of insurance, receipt of financial statements, notification dates for purchase or extension options and any other lessee compliance obligations; Manage and maintain air asset summaries, including financial dashboards and visualized reporting tables; Draft offer letters for outgoing bids for aviation assets; Assist with and track marketing campaigns for the sale of aviation assets; Track and maintain any ongoing part out project reporting to support management and accounting needs; Perform technical status and cashflow forecasts for existing and potential aviation assets; Improve and develop the aviation technical cashflow and forecasting models; Maintain and develop the Aviation Market Intelligence database using Python and Teradata SQL; and Conduct market research. Requires 2 years of experience in the job offered or in data analysis. Requires experience with Forecasting and Predictive Modeling; Data Visualization and Interactive Dashboard Development; Python; SQL; Data Processing; and Reporting Automation.
