Marketing Analyst Job

Collect and analyze data related to customer inquiries and service trends in the local market. Track technician performance metrics (completion rates, service times, repeat calls) and prepare simple analytical reports. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, online promotions, and customer referral programs. Conduct basic competitor research. Support preparation of marketing content. Monitor online platforms (Google, Yelp, social media) for customer reviews and help summarize feedback. Work under the direct supervision of the President.
