Job Description:
1. Identify, develop, and evaluate Finders's marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors; keep all pertinent
data current used by market analysis and marketing strategy within Finders's current business plan; compose an illustration of data graphically and translation complex findings into written
text in the context of Finders's operation;
2. Collect information to plan for new procedures to maximize daily efficiency and recommend viable modifications of existing strategies in aspects of pricing, advertising and other
marketing campaigns; monitor and engage in relevant social discussions and industry related events about Finders, competitors, and industry trends; partner with other departments to host
the Annual Health Fair for the purpose of expanding Finders’s community outreach presence and market exposure;
3. Establish and manage Finders’s social media profiles and community outreach presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels to create shareable content
appropriate for specific networks to spread both “Finders” brand and content; explore new approaches to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target clients, collaborate
with the admission department, and strive to ensure the daily vacancy rate is under 5%;
4. Evaluate patient and resident satisfaction by designing and conducting surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires; proper interpret data and survey results and compare them with
standards set out within Finders's existing service training manual to recommend improvements or amendments; communicate with patients’ family members and the facility, well-handled
all their concerns; understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective patients’ preferences;
5. Constantly monitor and assess the market challenges in nursing & residential care facilities industry, such as changes in market demands and facilities operation costs, and report
impacts to Finders's management; assist in coordinating cost collection for budget planning purposes including researching, locating, evaluating and making initial contacts with potential
care facilities suppliers locally and internationally to maximize cost utilities within company’s budget constraints; act as a liaison between care facilities suppliers and company management
to maintain long-term relationship with stable care facility suppliers;
6. Assist management to determine company’s position in the marketplace by researching Finders's competitors and analyzing Finders's prices, sales, and marketing methods; use
statistical software to build and maintain analytical models, analyzing data to draw both qualitative and quantitative conclusions in terms of pricing, featured services and market campaign
strategies;
7. Extract, verify, compile, analyze and format data from other healthcare industry databases and other sources for planning, decision making, evaluation and accountability purposes;
keep management informed of issues that could impact the industry and provide recommendations to address management’s needs.
