A Market Research Analyst is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Research, collect, and analyze data on customer demographics and preferences to better understand target market needs, consumer behavior, and service expectations for accounting and corporate financial management services.
• Organize and present research findings in clear, visually effective reports and presentations to enhance comprehension and support data-driven decision making by management.
• Analyze market trends within the accounting and financial services industry to develop strategic recommendations for corporate clients regarding financial and accounting management practices.
• Develop tools and methods to measure client satisfaction, evaluate service effectiveness, and propose solutions to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain current knowledge of industry standards, emerging practices, and market developments through ongoing review of surveys, publications, and professional research.
• Monitor and track implemented strategies and programs to ensure they achieve intended outcomes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance.
• Assist senior management in evaluating and making decisions regarding service demand, pricing, positioning, and distribution strategies.

Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or management.
