Market Manager – Staffing & Recruiting Leader | Wichita, KS
$45K–$55K Base | ~$75K Total Comp Year 1–2 | Clear Path to Area Manager

What You'll Do:
Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sales professionals
Run team meetings, performance reviews, and weekly one-on-ones
Build and execute local sales and recruiting strategy
Grow client relationships and community partnerships
Own office P&L — gross margin, profitability, productivity, service quality
Meet directly with clients and decision-makers to drive business
Represent the brand as the face of the company in Wichita
What You Bring:
2–3+ years in leadership, sales, or staffing/recruiting
Proven ability to coach and hold teams accountable
Strong client-facing, relationship-building, and business development skills
Background in staffing, recruiting, light industrial, skilled trades, or office services — a plus
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
4-year degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
CSP certification a plus, not required
