Duties:
Conduct digital market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, website opportunities, and potential areas for growth. • Collaborate with marketing teams to set up and monitor A/B tests, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. • Use all available web consumer data to develop digital consumer behavior models and present data to leadership. • Help organize and enhance the company’s CRM system and connect data sources with other companywide services. • Collect data: Gathering quantitative data, such as survey results, and qualitative data, such as interviews and focus groups . • Analyze data by identifying trends, analyzing the competition, and analyzing consumer behavior. • Prepare reports and present findings to management and executives in easy-to-understand formats. • Make recommendations and provide insights to companies to make informed business decisions
