Job Description:
· Take the lead in the collection and analysis of manufacturing operational data for the development of schedules, estimates and reports
· Perform various work measurements in support of the initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce manufacturing expenses
· Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction
· Provide technical support to develop industrial design, drawings, and specifications
· Oversee production lines and manufacturing processes; ensure strict adherence to quality assurance requirements
· Continuously train on process, quality, and safety document preparation to maintain company’s standards
· Establish and implement processing, maintenance, and safety procedures to maintain machines and equipment.

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience
• Strong time and resource management, and planning skills
• Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods
Benefits and Salary:
• Permanent, full-time positions
• $34.07 per hour for 35 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
• Benefits: Group Medical and Dental Plan
