Job Description:
Manufacturing Technician is needed to perform the following duties:
· Prepare medium from stock raw materials including the compounding, mixing, testing and filtration for
further process needs
· Prepare buffers from stock raw materials including the compounding, mixing, testing and filtration for
further process needs
· Weigh raw materials per batch record specifications and assignment of appropriate expiry per procedures
· Perform filter integrity testing, and maintaining compliance with GMP standard
· Write and review SOP’s, buffer formulation records and batch production records
· Assist senior staff in implementing project safety and QA programs in accordance with SOPs
· Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary company information
· Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure junior team members
are trained
· Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of laboratory and manufacturing areas
· Review documents/reports for regulatory submissions as per US-FDA guidelines and other international
cGMP norms·
· Assist in the review and revision of SOP’s, protocols, and special studies required for compliance with
batch Record

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering
