Job Description:
• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment, including industrial robots, welding systems, conveyors, sensors, and PLC-based control systems, to ensure stable and continuous production operations
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, electronic, and automation systems to reduce equipment downtime and maintain production efficiency
• Perform emergency repairs and respond to equipment failures to minimize production interruptions and restore normal operations
• Analyze equipment malfunctions and production defects, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to improve system reliability and product quality
• Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs and control logic to enhance equipment performance and support continuous process improvement
• Support industrial robot operations, including robot teaching, program adjustments, and optimization of automated welding and assembly processes
• Diagnose and maintain electrical control components, including panels, servo motors, inverters, and PLC I/O modules, supporting automated manufacturing systems
• Design and manage I/O data mapping and control system interfaces to ensure accurate communication between equipment components and control systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the installation, commissioning, and system integration of new manufacturing equipment and automated production lines
• Monitor and maintain sensors, safety devices, and error-proofing systems to detect defects and stabilize manufacturing processes
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and production staff regarding system operation, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and internal standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and maintain technical documentation related to equipment and process improvements.

Job Requirements:
- An Associate degree in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering Technology, or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and at least 5 years of progressive work experience in industrial automation or manufacturing systems;
- Several years of hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting automated manufacturing equipment in an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment;
- Demonstrated experience with PLC-based control systems, including programming, modification, and troubleshooting of control logic in automated production environments;
- Practical knowledge of industrial automation systems, including industrial robots, sensors, servo motors, inverters, and electrical control components, as well as experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and system integration;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in performing root cause analysis (RCA), implementing corrective and preventive actions, and supporting stable manufacturing operations in a team-based environment.
- Several years of hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting automated manufacturing equipment in an industrial or automotive manufacturing environment;
