Responsibilities
Tasks
* Supervise and coordinate the daily work of employees manufacturing custom kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and related products.
* Assign daily tasks and ensure production work is completed on schedule.
* Check work during and after production to ensure quality standards are met.
* Ensure employees follow workplace safety rules, company policies, and production procedures.
* Assist employees with routine production issues and help maintain efficient workflow.
* Coordinate with design and installation teams to support timely project completion.
* Maintain basic production records and report progress to management.
* Ensure tools, machinery, and equipment are used properly and kept in good working condition.
* Train employees on work procedures, safety practices, and quality requirements.
