Manufacturing Process Control Specialist Job

- Analyze and monitor production cycle times to evaluate line efficiency and identify process improvement opportunities
- Track and analyze raw material consumption per production cycle to ensure accurate resource planning and cost control
- Monitor manufacturing equipment parameters (including injection molding settings) to detect abnormalities and maintain process stability
- Collect and analyze machine downtime data; prepare weekly reports to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
- Support optimization of mold change sequencing and production flow to reduce idle time and maximize throughput
- Coordinate with production and planning teams to adjust manufacturing schedules based on process performance and inventory levels
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in manufacturing process control, production analysis, or operations optimization
- Experience in automated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of production cycle time analysis, downtime tracking, and inventory accuracy control
- Ability to interpret manufacturing data and translate findings into actionable operational improvements
