Job Description:
A Manufacturing Facilities Engineer is needed in Prattville, Alabama.
• Analyze operational processes, resource allocation, safety processes, and energy use in manufacturing facilities in providing engineering services.
• Improve process capability and production volume, while maintaining and improving quality standards to ensure manufacturing efficiency.
• Analyze and review manufacturing process and test results to determine controlling factors over variables to ensure optimal processing methods in manufacturing.
• Gather data to evaluate work processes and sequence of operation to estimate production time and to determine the flow of manufacturing process.
• Evaluate operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
• Plan and coordinate facility infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology and 2 years of experience in technical support or maintenance field.
