Job Description:
Manufacturing Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:
· Manufacturing Support & Process Evaluation
· Provide engineering support for CNC, lathes, grinding, and polishing operations.
· Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
· Partner with operators, supervisors, and quality staff to maintain throughput and product quality.
· Process Development & Continuous Improvement
· Develop and refine cost-effective manufacturing processes
· Lead Lean Six Sigma projects targeting scrap, cycle time, and downtime reduction
· Apply Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen techniques.
· Train and mentor teams in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
· Facilitate structured problem-solving sessions to improve quality, uptime, cost, and safety.
· New Product Introductions (NPI) & Transfers
· Support NPI activities and transfer processes into production.
· Ensure scalability, manufacturability, and compliance of new processes.
· Tooling, Fixtures, & Equipment Optimization
· Review and refine tooling and fixtures for efficiency and ergonomics.
· Assess equipment reliability and effectiveness.
Documentation & Compliance
· Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and validation reports.
· Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and customer requirements.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with Quality, Production, and R&D teams to meet requirements.
Deliver cost-effective, scalable, and robust manufacturing solutions.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
