Manufacturing Engineer Job

Provide manufacturing technology and robust solutions that commercialize new products and that support continuous improvement in production. Evaluate, select, and apply exciting engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in developing and implementing adaptations and modifications on the production line and to quality systems. Solve problems and implement innovative solutions. Execute detailed root cause analysis and recommend vetted solutions. Communicate and explain problems and solutions cross-functionally and interdepartmentally on the production floor and across the business. Support production by creating and maintaining product and process documentation, monitoring process and equipment performance, and identifying and implementing process improvement activities to increase and optimize yield, efficiency, and/or throughput. Design fixtures, acquire off-the-shelf tooling and equipment, and implement new fixturing on the production line and perform equipment qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience: No experience required
*Skills: Materials Testing, Technical Writing, Engineering System Modeling, Mechanical System Design, 3-D Modeling, Thermodynamic Analysis and Modeling, HMI Design.
