Manufacturing Engineer I Job

Hendrickson USA, L.L.C. - Manufacturing Engineer I - Lebanon, IN.

Provide support for fabrication and welding systems, along with their associated tooling. Responsible for continual improvement of process and product quality, methods, and cost reduction. Ensure tools and fixtures are available and in good working condition. Manage the engineering design process, installation, MPAP, and long-term technical support of the manufacturing process, meeting quality, capability, cost, and time targets. Introduce new parts and processes to support developing trailer products, and coordinate the installation of new production processes to meet quality standards. Up to 5% domestic travel required.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related required. One month experience as Engineering Co-Op or Engineering Intern required. Experience must have included exposure to Process Change Request (PCR) administration and support and exposure to a maintenance and engineering database for improving engineering and maintenance task flow. Coursework must have included at least one course in Engineering Design.
