Manufacturing Engineer Job

A Manufacturing Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement remediation processes for non-conformance and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.

· Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems. Lead and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiative

· Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and safety. Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.

· Create and maintain quality documentation, including 1st article inspections, specifications, and statistical reports.

· Review and update skews, breaking them into compliance groups based on manufacturability and quality standards. Develop clear, concise documentation outlining vendor expectations, requirements, and quality standards to ensure compliance.

· Conduct thorough reviews of documents to ensure adherence to regulatory and company-specific standards for manufacturability. Identify opportunities for documentation improvements and implement process changes to enhance quality control processes.

· Ensure the standardization of quality processes across all stages of production through effective documentation, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Bachelor's Degree is required in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
