Manufacturing Engineer Job

Manufacturing Engineer is needed to perform the following duties:

• Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of Gerber files, schematics, drawings, PCB layouts, and other customer-supplied documentation to verify completeness and technical accuracy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and consistent PCB assembly processes
• Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges related to both surface mount and throughhole assembly methods, including reflow soldering, wave soldering, and inspection equipment.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery such as pick-andplace systems, reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, and automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment.
• Design and develop custom tooling and fixtures to optimize assembly processes and improve manufacturing accuracy and efficiency.
• Support DFM analysis to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining high standards of product quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide training to production personnel on new processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols to ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with management to implement continuous improvement projects and operational enhancements.
• Support quality assurance initiatives by analyzing production metrics, performing root cause analysis, and driving corrective and preventive actions to address process deviations and defects.
• Ensure products comply with industry standards like IPC-A-610, UL, RoHS, ISO 9001:2015, and meet all customer-specific requirements.

Bachelor Degree is required in Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
