Job duties
Understand client requirements, recommend appropriate glass products or services, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Collaborate with clients and provide input to the product team when custom glass solutions are required to meet specific needs.
Estimate costs of products or service.
Draft and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintain comprehensive customer records.
Provide post-sale support to resolve customer issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge to explain features, benefits, and proper usage to clients effectively.
Offer training in the operation and maintenance of glass products when required.
Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze market trends, assess competitor activities, identify opportunities in emerging markets and potential clients to expand the customer base.
Create persuasive presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate the benefits and applications of glass products and services.
Design and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets and report progress to management.
Supervise and mentor sales specialists to ensure a cohesive and effective sales team.
