Employment Conditions: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week. Schedule based on shift requirement.

Duties
1. Assisting the manager with tasks required for the B&B daily operations;
2. Supervise, coordinate, develop work schedule, establish work procedures, and evaluate the work of part-time staffs;
3. Address and resolve work-related issues, and prepare and submit progress reports and other necessary documentation to manager;
4. Recruit, train, and mentor part-time and seasonal staffs, ensuring adherence to job duties, safety protocols, and company policies.
5. Manage inventory by ordering supplies and materials as needed.
6. Oversee the functioning of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging for any required maintenance and repairs if required;
7. As needed, perform tasks and duties similar to those of the employees being supervised.

Requirement:
- Completion of college diploma in hospitality management or related education training is preferred;
- 1 years of related work experience is required;
- Strong leadership skills and great team player, able to work independently as well as in a team setting;
- Able to handle emergency situations;
- Positive and supportive;
- Able to work on site, remote work option is not available for this position;
