Managing Broker – South Dakota Job

Lead and support My Real Estate Company’s agents in South Dakota. Ensure compliance with state real estate commission requirements and company policies, review contracts and files for accuracy and risk management, and provide fast, clear broker support via Slack. Represent MyRECo™ with credibility at the South Dakota Association of REALTORS® and local boards. Mentor new agents and collaborate with leadership to welcome high-caliber, values-aligned agents into the brokerage.

Active South Dakota real estate broker license in good standing; 3–5 years as a practicing or managing broker in the state; expertise in South Dakota contracts, MLS practices, and disclosure rules; proficiency with cloud tools including Slack, Zoom, and AI tools like ChatGPT; aligned with MyRECo’s values: Built for Relationships, Handle It, Radical Transparency, Pivot Fast, Play Smart, Business over Buzzwords, Impact over Influence.
