Managing Broker – South Dakota Job

As the Managing Broker for South Dakota, you will lead state operations, ensuring compliance with South Dakota Real Estate Commission requirements and company policies. You will review contracts and files for accuracy and risk management, provide fast and clear broker support via Slack, represent MyRECo™ with credibility and influence at the State Association of REALTORS® and local boards, support onboarding and mentoring of new agents, and collaborate with leadership to welcome values-aligned agents into the brokerage.

This is a key leadership role with uncapped earnings, real ownership opportunities, and the ability to shape the future of a modern, national brokerage. This position is remote with in-person work as needed in South Dakota, and is an independent contractor (1099) role with a clear pathway to W-2 as the state grows.

Active South Dakota broker license in good standing.
3–5+ years as a practicing or managing broker in South Dakota.
Strong knowledge of South Dakota contracts, MLS practices, and disclosure rules.
Proficiency with cloud-based tools including Slack, Zoom, and ChatGPT.
Ability to provide fast, clear support to agents and exercise sound risk management.
