Employer: ORGANICTHAISPA LTD. o/a Organic Thai Spa
Working Location: 2471 Bayswater Street, Vancouver, BC V6K 4N3
Position: Manager (Permanent, Full-time)
Available: 1
Wage: $37.51 per hour
Working hours: 30~40 hours per week
Benefit: Paid vacation and sick time by BC Employment Standards.
Job Duties:
• Oversee, plan, and manage all aspects of our daily operations.
• Lead and participate in managerial meetings with the owner.
• Create and execute plans to promote services and attract new clients.
• Develop and manage the spa's budget, monitor costs, and ensure profitability – such as developing special packages, events, or loyalty programs to increase revenue etc.
• Plan and build proactive work schedules for staff considering seasons, promotional plans, reservations, trainings, hirings, vacations etc. to ensure enough coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, promote and manage staff.
• Ensure the company standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and manage inventory of products, equipment, and supplies.
• Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
• May need to perform the duties as esthetician, if needed.

• Education: Completion of secondary
• 2-3 years of related work experience is required including minimum 2 years of working experience in supervisory roles.
• Any certificates and diplomas in beauty and personal care would be an asset.
• Available to work ALL weekends and holidays.
