Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers in feature validation, calibration processes, and data collection and analysis. Oversee the design and execution of test and validation plans, ensure point cloud maturity, develop new calibration routines, and present comprehensive test reports to stakeholders. Lead the team in conducting Design of Experiments (DoE) and refining the efficiency and reliability of the LiDAR system. Oversee the development and implementation of regression tests, KPI baselining, and calibration procedures. Drive point cloud quality improvement initiatives and system-level troubleshooting. Responsible for overseeing documenting testing process and procedures. Collaborate across software, hardware, and firmware disciplines on process and test requirements and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in job offered, or Software Engineer, Test Engineer, or in a related occupation.
Annual Salary: $162,000 -$184,000/yr.
