Manager Software Engineering Job

DXC Technology Services LLC hiring for Manager Software Engineering in Ashburn, VA (Ref. #9939366). Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver software solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for professional development, conducting regular one-on-one meetings and performance assessments.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science, engineering (any), mathematics or related, and 3 years of work experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, will accept a Master’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Mathematics, or related field, and 1 year of work experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained.

Will work at unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting is permissible. Annual Salary Range is: $174,720.00 - $225,300.00.
