Position Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that address the specific needs of the organization. This includes understanding the business processes, data flows, and integration points. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain Planning Solutions (Demand and Supply Planning) and data analytics platform, its functionalities and capabilities. Stay up to date with the latest enhancements and updates to leverage them effectively in the solutions. Customize the planning solution to meet the unique requirements of the business. This may involve configuring workflows, defining data models, creating user interfaces, and implementing automation rules. Integrate planning solutions with other enterprise systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and other supply chain management tools. Ensure seamless data exchange and information flow between systems. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during the implementation of Supply Chain Planning and data analytics solutions. Mentor and support junior developers in the team. Collaborate with partner developers and data scientists as they modernize and enhance the technologies on various cloud types. Conduct performance testing and identify areas for optimization. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the architecture, design, and implementation of O9 solutions. This includes technical specifications, user guides, and best practices. Assist in the resolution of technical issues and providing support to end-users during the implementation. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of Supply chain analytics solutions. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, or related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Application Architecture; O9 IBP; JDA SCPO; DataStage; Oracle; Python; Machine Learning; Star Schema, and Cognos. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required. May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
