Job Description:
Direct strategic quality operations for 50+ short-term rental properties using SaaS-based IT solutions. Develop and oversee compliance programs related to municipal housing laws, fire and safety codes, and fair housing requirements. Manage relationships with third-party vendors (cleaning, maintenance, and security), negotiate contracts, and enforce SLA performance metrics to maximize property-level revenue. Oversee automation testing, bug tracking, and system reliability monitoring for custom booking platform. Develop audit frameworks to ensure compliance with municipal codes, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
Managing a team of 5 QA analysts—assign tasks, review test coverage, and conduct performance appraisals. Oversee recruiting staff for quality and compliance teams, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Implementing BI dashboards using Power BI/Tableau for defect tracking, SLA compliance, and service reporting. Lead vendor negotiations, optimizing outsourced cleaning/maintenance contracts by 15%. Collaborate with DevOps engineers to test deployment cycles, ensuring uptime above 99.5%. Position involves Quality Assurance & Technical Testing, Compliance, SOPs & Audits , Stakeholder & People Management, Data Analytics & Reporting, IT Systems & Infrastructure Oversight, Budget & Strategic Planning, Customer Experience & Revenue Optimization. Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. may be required to work at end-client locations, at least once or twice a year based on client’s needs. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.

Job Requirements:
Education: Must possess a Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: 2 years of experience in the position offered or a related position.
