Tasks: Organize greenhouse and nursery operations, Control reported insect, disease and weed problems, Determine type and quantity of stock to grow, Develop marketing plans, Establish and maintain required environment, Hire, train and supervise staff, Order materials and stock, Provide product care and other information and service to customers, Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying.
