Job Description:
1355275 BC Ltd. DBA India Delight Bistro & Bar is looking for 2 Full-time Assistant manager Restaurant to work at 6676 Sooke Road Sooke, BC V9Z 0A5. Salary is 35dollars per hour and no of hours are 30per week.(Even though this is a full time position, part time job seekers are encouraged to apply.)
Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Recruit staff and oversee staff training
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
Completion of secondary school. Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. At least 2 years of experience in the foodservice sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
