Manager Job

We are seeking a reliable, energetic and welcoming part-time Receptionist to join our beautiful salon and spa team in Jupiter. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping to create a relaxing, upscale atmosphere from the moment they walk in through the door. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady part-time hours in a creative and vibrant industry. Must be a strong multitasker with excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, with a warm, friendly and professional demeanor, suited for a spa. Can have experience in salon scheduling software, but we will train if not. There are employee perks on salon services as well.

Greeting clients warmly, checking them in, offer refreshments and manage the front desk flow. Answer phone calls and scheduling appointments. Keep the reception and retail areas pristine. Assist with light cleaning and managing the salon’s laundry (towels and linens) to keep operations running smoothly. Process client checkouts, retail sales and gift card purchases accurately.
