Job Description:
Direct and oversee the daily operations of the fitness facility.
Identify members’ needs and promote gym memberships and fitness services.
Prepare and review operational reports and performance statistics.
Identify and attract potential clients and maintain relationships with existing members.
Recommend appropriate fitness programs, services, and equipment to clients.
Supervise the maintenance and repair of gym equipment and facility systems.
Plan and manage the facility’s operational budget.
Oversee administrative services including cleaning, maintenance, safety inspections, security, and parking.
Train staff and guide members on the proper use of fitness equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment and facility operations.
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
