13205215 Canada Inc. O/A Subway has an immediate opening for a Manager (TEER: 60030) at our location in Brampton, ON.

As a Manager, you will perform some or all of the following duties:

• Organize and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including staff, services, and customer experience.
• Decide services to be provided and establish operational procedures, using all operational tools to plan for and achieve
operational excellence in the store.
• Hire and train restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service including recognition and reward staff performance.
• Create schedules for staff and monitor their performance to maintain standards.
• Track sales, manage inventory and adjust pricing and steps when necessary to ensure sales are driven forward and
maximized.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Negotiate with suppliers for food and restaurant supplies and maintain record of supplies required.
• Regularly inspecting equipment and fixtures, inside and outside the store to ensure they are in proper working order and
good condition
• Coordinate with clients for special orders such as for bulk order, planning events and promotions

Qualifications:

• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually
required.
• Several years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (30-40 hours/week)
Compensation: CAD $ 67,340 to $76,960 annually
