Manager, Beauty Shop Job

Overseeing daily salon operations; supervising estheticians, lash & brows technicians and receptionists; scheduling staff and assigning duties; monitoring staff performance; maintaining high standards of customer service; addressing client inquiries and complaints; managing inventory of products, tools, and supplies; handling cash, payments, and daily sales reports; assisting in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation; promoting salon services and retail products; managing marketing and promotions; maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards; monitoring and arranging equipment repairs or replacements; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; coordinating with suppliers and vendors; supporting business growth and client retention.
Salary : $ 33.50/hr
Education Requirements : Completion of secondary school
Experience : Must have at least 3 years of most recent, verifiable work experience.
