Summary:
The Manager of 340B will oversee all operational accountability, management, and process development of the 340B program to ensure optimal operational performance in compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial standards across all touch points for CCMC's 340B Program. This position will provide ongoing management and oversight of the program, analysis, audits of the program, and data validation to ensure accurate and optimal performance and communication to Senior Leadership. This position may also be called up on to provide key metrics for financial data, financial analysis, volume data, productivity, and trend analyses. This position manages the hospital's business planning process by working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams to develop business plans.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Business/Healthcare/Finance preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts.
- 3 years' experience in healthcare.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices, billing & systems and knowledge of 340B program required.
- Knowledge of the issues, trends, and challenges presented by participation in the 340B program.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Licensure/Registration and/or Certification:
- Successful completion of Apexus Advanced 340B Certificate Program within 12 months of position start date.
