Job Duties:
• Plan, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess the activities of businesses that offer services to businesses, including security, contact center, payroll, personnel and personnel, management consulting, and market research.
• Create, design, and arrange these establishments' policies and processes.
• Create action plans, respond to customer demands with knowledge, and assist and counsel project teams.
• Oversee and counsel employees in the creation and application of techniques for assessing the quality of services.
• Budgets for client projects, contracts, supplies, and equipment should be planned, managed, and under control.
• Represent the business in a variety of social and professional groups.
• Help staff members with technical or administrative issues.
• Employ, develop, and manage personnel.

Job Requirements:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year is required
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required
