Management Analyst Job

A Management Analyst is needed in Selma, Alabama.

• Collect and analyze management information and data for development of business systems solutions for manufacturing automotive parts, such as engine cover, bumper under cover, radiator grille, front door trim and wheel cover.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Production, Engineering, and Purchasing Department, to ensure proper functioning of newly implemented systems.
• Study the previous short-term and long-term projects for development of new management systems to maximize current cost efficiency and productivity and ensure effective functioning of newly developed systems.
• Analyze previous and current work procedures including organizational change, communications, information flow, materials flow, integrated production method, inventory control, and cost analysis to develop management solutions or alternative methods for improved business management information processing and systems.
• Identify business management issues in operations and develop advanced business management systems and programs.
• Provide manuals and training for workers in implementing and utilizing newly developed management systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Management information Systems, or related field of study.
