Management Analyst
Job Duties:
• Gather and organize information on trucking operations, delivery schedules, and driver utilization to identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze data on freight cost, maintenance expense, and driver productivity to develop improved logistics methods.
• Evaluate dispatch, maintenance, and recordkeeping procedures to improve workflow and resource utilization.
• Confer with accounting, maintenance, and logistics staff to implement new or revised systems and procedures.
• Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing delivery performance, vehicle utilization, and downtime.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis on transportation cost, freight demand, and fuel pricing.
• Prepare cost–benefit analyses and recommendations to support budgeting and investment decisions, etc.
Education Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
