Management Analyst Job

[1] Collect and organize activities and procedures in (i) procuring food products – meat, grain, nut, and other raw and frozen food, (ii) inventory control, (iii) human resource management, and (iv) information technology system;
[2] Interpret and analyze collected data to identify problems and to increase efficiency in purchasing, inventory control and human resource management, and information technology system;
[3] Monitor purchasing activities to ensure efficient functioning of purchasing process, including negotiations, means of transportation, terms of payment, and inventory control;
[4] Monitor and identify the problems in human resource management system, to include hiring, training, promotion, benefits, and workforce management;
[5] Monitor information technology system to identify the efficiency and accuracy of data collection, storage, and analysis;
[6] develop and determine the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions to meet our company goals by recommending change in organizational structure, communications, information flow, inventory control and cost analysis; and
[7] produce report on findings of analysis and prepare recommendations for implementation of new procedures or modifications.

Must have at least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field of study, or its equivalent skills and knowledge gained from progressively responsible work experience.
