Job Description:
1. Conduct research on domestic and international financial policies, plan company structure, and develop financial management frameworks.
2. Analyze Tilta’s business operations, including production, supply chain, and distribution processes, to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
3. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity across company’s U.S. operations.
4. Collect and analyze data related to Tilta’s sales, inventory, and customer feedback to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and recommending strategies for growth.
6. Evaluate company’s supply chain processes, including sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to U.S. customers.
7. Collaborate with Tilta’s manufacturing team in China to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
8. Analyze competitor strategies and market positioning to develop competitive advantages for Tilta’s products in the U.S. market.
9. Develop financial models to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of proposed operational changes and new business initiatives.
10. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with company’s strategic goals.
11. Work closely with company’s marketing, sales, and product development teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.

Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Operations Research or its foreign equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of full-time work experience in supply chain management, and financial analysis, within the photography or electronics manufacturing industry.
3. Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and supply chain management software, including SAP and Oracle.
