Management Analyst
• Design and ensure proper use of reports, budgets, procedures or equipment according to organizational policy and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively;
• Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program;
• Plan study of work problems and procedure, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, inventory control;
• Gather and organize information on problems or procedures;
• Examine financial and other data, including revenue, expenditures and employment reports;
• Interview personnel and conduct on-site observations to determine the methods and personnel that will be needed;
• Create solutions or alternative practices;
• Collaborate with vendors, employees and executives to identify the strength and weaknesses of a business.
Offered Wage: $64,709 per year.

Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Architecture, or related field is required.
