Management Analyst Job

Collect and organize operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Gather, validate, and interpret business-process information and ensure data integrity to support accurate operational insights.
Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations, and develop recommendations to enhance operational workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation of recommended process improvements, monitor operational KPIs post-implementation, and assess whether improvements are achieving the targeted results.
Develop and administer targeted surveys to obtain user feedback related to systems and procedures, analyze survey findings, and prepare supporting analytical materials and user-guidance content as needed to reinforce process adoption.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Business Admin or related field.
