Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Technician to support our manufacturing facility with routine maintenance in electrical, plumbing, EHS and the set up and redeploying of machinery/office equipment and tooling. Perform necessary scheduled inspections of Safety equipment, grounds, and facilities. Prepare, as needed, reports and presentations regarding Maintenance / Facilities observations.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
*
Follow established work instructions and company procedures to ensure safe, quality production.
*
Preform basic electrical installation / repair for outlets plugs, cables, power circuits and equipment
*
Promptly resolve maintenance and helpdesk requests through the online service request system
*
Under the direction of leadership – prioritize work orders, handle urgent requests, respond to contractors and schedule appointments, complete all facility assigned support, clean up, maintenance, moving and event support set up and tear down
*
Daily contact with vendors and contractors to schedule miscellaneous repairs and maintenance. Point of contact for monitoring vendors to ensure compliance with company policies.
*
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements
*
2-year degree or a technical certificate in plant maintenance or other applicable field
*
Experiences with a maintenance ticketing program and intermediate computer skills
*
5 years providing facilities maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
*
Lift truck / tow motor experience
Preferred Skills and Abilities
*
Well versed in OSHA requirements and conducting safety audits in a manufacturing facility
*
Strong understanding of mathematics
*
Strong communicator and team player
*
Ability to work independently and high attention to detail.
