Maintenance Technician Job

Responsibilities

 Perform regular preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
 Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in a timely and efficient manner.
 Repair and replace defective parts, components, and equipment as needed.
 Conduct inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
 Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repair logs, and inventory of spare parts.
 Collaborate with other team members, including operators and supervisors, to ensure smooth operation of the facility.
 Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
 Position is responsible for performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

 High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance is preferred.
 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
 Any industry is acceptable; preferably within manufacturing environment.
 A technical mechanical aptitude; electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic skills would be a plus.
 Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
 Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
