TITLE OF POSITION: Maintenance Technician
WAGES: $25.00/per hour

Job Duties:
• Perform minor building repairs including heating, ventilation, electrical and plumbing, painting as required.
• Assist tradespersons such as carpenters, industrial mechanics and electricians in their tasks.
• Maintain inventory of tools and equipment and order supplies as required.
• Perform routine inspection of the facility and ensure all safety procedures are in place.
• Report any major faults to the technical supervisors
• Perform regular facility maintenance work.
