Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across ranch property (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
Conduct preventive maintenance checks and inspections
Coordinate with outside contractors as needed
Maintain landscaping equipment, irrigation, fencing, and trails
Support ranch staff in guest readiness and seasonal facility needs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies

Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (ranch, resort, or hospitality a plus)
Skilled in general repairs, troubleshooting, and systems maintenance
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset
Willingness to live on or near the property and be on-call when needed
