Southend Apartment Complex, off Dixie Hwy, is needing a qualified MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for our expanding company.
* MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of prior apartment maintenance experience.
* EPA Certification: Type I and Type II or Universal Required.
* Immediate Opening.
* Full-time position.
* Must have own reliable transportation.
* Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
* Ability to climb ladders.
* Moderate lifting up to 50 Lbs.
* Must be available to be on call.
* Must pass background and drug tests.
* Starting pay based on experience.
