Maintenance Technician 3rd shift Job

This position requires Amatrol Skills Assessment to determine eligibility. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• 
  Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of production machines and facility equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding systems.


• 
  Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.


• 
  Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately.


• 
  Utilize hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment, following lockout/tag-out procedures and safety regulations.


• 
  Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure proper adjustments or repairs.


• 
  Operate from elevated platforms and mobile lift equipment as needed.


• 
  Report defective materials, faulty operations, or unusual situations to supervisors.


• 
  Maintain accurate records in computerized maintenance systems and ensure work areas are clean and organized.


• 
  
  Support company values and continuous improvement efforts by performing additional tasks as assigned by management
