Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure our equipment runs smoothly, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery (e.g., conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, PLCs).
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to minimize production delays.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Conduct routine inspections and predictive maintenance using diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing, production, or similar).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems (480V, 3-phase), PLCs, welding, and mechanical systems.
Experience with CNC machines, HVAC, or robotics (a plus!).
Ability to use multimeters, calipers, and diagnostic software.
Certifications (e.g., HVAC, welding, electrical) are preferred.
Problem-solving mindset – you love diagnosing issues and fixing them!
