Maintenance Technician Tier 2

Full Time Puyallup WA

Pay starts at $25/hr with room for advancement

Benson Remodeling is hiring Tier 2 Maintenance Technicians with a broad residential repair skill set! We are especially interested in candidates with hands on roof repair experience. This is not an entry level helper position, but we may consider Tier 1 candidates for other work.

Tool requirement

Candidates must have some of their own basic hand and power tools. Benson can work with the right candidate on additional tool needs and provide company resources appropriate to the position.

Typical work may include

Roof inspections, cleaning, tarping, shingle and flashing repairs, attic inspections, and minor wood repairs related to roof damage.

Drywall patching, painting, basic carpentry, trim and baseboard work, fencing, pressure washing, concrete patching, and general property repairs.

Identifying the appropriate next step when work requires another licensed trade.

What we need

Professional maintenance, handyman, remodeling, roofing, or construction experience.

Comfort working on ladders and roofs and the ability to complete common repairs independently.

Clear before, during, and after photos, useful job notes, and reliable office communication.

Dependability, professional customer communication, clean job sites, ability to lift 50 pounds when required, and reliable travel between job sites.
