Job Description:
Maintenance Technician Mechanic Electrician Beverage Bottling Water Filtering Mixers Blenders Carbonators Automated Bottle Fillers Cappers Labelers Boxers PLCs HMIs Motors Rotary & Linear Motion Componenets Hydraulics Pneumatics _ .

Provide electro-mechanical support to Plant Operations by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing problems in machinery, instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems that occur in production equipment and processes.

*** Maintain automated batch process blenders, conveyors, fillers, sterilizers, cappers, labelers, cartoners and palletizers

*** Read and translate electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic information found within blueprints and diagrams to troubleshoot, repair and install process equipment throughout the facility.

*** Read and translate building and process blueprints and one-line diagrams to troubleshoot, repair, and install outlets, circuits, load centers, and other forms of electrical equipment.

*** Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical components and wiring systems using conduit benders, wire strippers and tools such as multi meters, amp meters, screwdrivers, pliers, and drills.

*** Follow calibration procedures for process instruments measuring temperature, pressure, flow, level, and composition.

*** Troubleshoot and diagnose instrumentation and controls issues in industrial equipment and processes.

*** Continuously maintain proficiency in PLCs and other controls systems.

*** Advise management, engineers, mechanics, and equipment operators of potential electrical or mechanical hazards.

*** Recommend equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs, update existing PMs, and identify opportunities for predictive maintenance.

*** Update computerized maintenance management system to maintain accurate plant asset historical records and log time spent and parts used.

*** Suggest improvements to maintenance processes, including planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, CMMS, storeroom operations, etc.
