Required Maintenance Supervisor (TEER 72014)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE LISTED BELOW:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers.
• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Employ, supervise and train workers.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Prepare work progress reports.
• Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.

Key Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or field.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and planning skills is essential.

Salary: CAN $36.00/hour. Full-time permanent position at Diamond Canada Dearness Inc. located at 1120 Dearness Drive, London, ON N6E 1N9.
